What careers have you pursued?

Activity Director at nursing homes and youth centers, school paraprofessional all levels leading to detention youth center school and special needs teacher with Denver Public Schools.

What are your hobbies?

Skiing, hiking, gardening, and traveling.

What has been your most memorable trip?

As they say, my favorite trip was my last one. We’ve been blessed with many trips throughout the world.

Tell us about your family.

Married my best friend Greg in 1973 and raised two daughters (Jennifer and Annika) who live near us in Denver and our son Brandon who lives in Pleasant Hill, Ca. They each have two kids so we have three grandsons and three grandgirls.

What is your most vivid memory from high school?

I remember making the morning announcements over the PA system.

Who was your favorite teacher/class?

Perhaps a favorite class was journalism.

If retired, what keeps you occupied/productive?

Daily activities and family. I have volunteered for museums, theater and others.
