What has been your most memorable trip?
Trip to Paris, Southern France; The Cinque Terre, Florence, and Umbria, Italy with my sixteen year old daughter
Tell us about your family.
I have two sons and a daughter, ages 40, 37, and 30. After a divorce in 2009, I remarried in 2011. My current husband has a son and a daughter, ages 33 and 28. Despite having five children between us, none are married or have children of their own!
What is your most vivid memory from high school?
Trying to hide behind Marci Hunt in French class, having no clue what Mrs. Shore was asking from her 3 X 5 cards, terrified she would call on me.
Who was your favorite teacher/class?
Mr. Haggerty (English) was my favorite teacher because he relentlessly forced me to THINK.
If retired, what keeps you occupied/productive?
I meditate and write as inspiration dictates, I help a friend in Hawaii develop a mindfulness program for schools, and I love to be in nature, walking or hiking whenever I can.
What has been the most satisfying thing in your life so far?
I would have to say, being a mom.
